About our Intern Program:

We have a number of positions available in our Brooklyn, NY office for a 10 week paid summer internship. As an intern with SportsRecruits, you will have the opportunity to work in a start-up environment and tackle real-world business challenges. We are looking for innovative and proactive interns who are ready to hit the ground running.

Customer Success & Event Operations - Paid Internship

Work directly with our Head of Event Operations and Customer Success team to ensure our customers have a memorable and seamless experience with SportsRecruits. Troubleshoot customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries.  Learn the ins and outs of our product, hone your inbound sales skills and improve the overall SportsRecruits brand.


  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process.
  • Customer Service or Sales experience.
  • Solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand our user’s needs and communicate our value proposition.
